The car has a V12 6.3-liter engine that couples with a 120 kW electric motor. Ferrari has named their hybrid system the “HY-KERS system,” and the Aperta is the most powerful engine they have built to date.

7. LAMBORGHINI CENTENARIO

 

The Lamborghini Centenario was built to honor Lamborghinis founder, Ferruccio Lamborghini.

The Centenario is two things.

Speaking of productions cars, the Koenigsegg is made by hand. Assembling the body takes approx 600 hours per car. Painting the car takes between 900 to 1100 hours, depending on the finish.

13. ASTON MARTIN VULCAN

This monster of a car comes with a 7-liters V12 820hp made in carbon fiber and offers a great driving experience with its weight of 1350 kg.

Fun fact: Aston Martin has a particular requirement for buyers of the Vulkan. Before you are allowed to drive the car, you have to complete training with Vantage GT4 racer and a One-77.

14. FERRARI F60 AMERICA

The F60 America was produced in conjunction with Ferrari’s 60th anniversary. The car was announced on the 10th of October (the tenth month) and is presented in ten examples. All examples were sold out before the release of the car.

The F60 comes with a 6.3-liter V12 engine holding 730hp under the hood. Since the F60 is a cabriolet, you can finally test out how your hair responds to going from 0-100 km/h (0-62mph) in 3.1 seconds in the open air. The top speed is 320 km/h (200 mph)

Price: Upon release, the price was set at $2 500 000. Word of advice is to prepare your wallet for a slightly higher price since all ten existing examples are today owned by some of the worlds most dedicated car collectors.

15. LAFERRARI FXX K

The Laferrerai FXX K is one of the most powerful cars ever made. It is actually not going to be used in any races and definitely not on the streets. The car is produced to push every limit as much as possible.

The car is equipped with 6.3liter naturally aspirated 1,036hp F140 V12, electric motor & KERS. The FXX-K produces an insane downforce of 540 kg (1, 190lb) when driving in 200 km/h (124 mph). The weight is 1, 165 kg – 2, 568 pounds.

Top speed is 349 km/h (217mph) and takes you from 0-100 km/h (0-60mph) in 2.5 seconds.

16. BUGATTI CHIRON

The Bugatti Chiron is one of few cars that is said to make its predecessor look like an outdated car. Typically you would not pay much attention to this, but in this case, the vehicle we are pointing at is the Bugatti Veron. When the Veron was released in 2006, it was considered a groundbreaking car with its 1000hp. With the Chiron, Bugatti has done it again.

17. LAMBORGHINI VENENO

As Lamborghini states on their website; “This car is the closest you will ever come to feel like flying on the road.” The Veneno has the aerodynamics of an F1 racing car which makes it build for speed (and fun). Talking about speed, the Veneno comes with a 6.5 liter aspirated V12 engine and a top speed of 355 km/h (221 mph). It accelerates from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.9 seconds. That works for us.

Price: Expect to pay about $2 800 000

18. BUGATTI VEYRON

The Veyron comes in different builds. The one featured here is a special edition called Vivere. Compared to it predecessors the Vivere has gotten a facelift at the front with new wings and a shortened bonnet. The front comes with a stylish V for Vivere. The car is made by Aston Martin in partnership with the Redbull F1 team, and their goal is to build a car that offers the best from two worlds.

Aston Martin states on their website that the Valkyrie will have “otherworldly performance.” By this, they are hinting at the fact that when you put the aerodynamics and engine boosters of an F1 car into a street car, you will get the fastest most powerful street car ever made.

The car comes with a 6,5-litre V12 engine backed up with torque-enhancing and an electric motor for power boosts. The car is all carbon-fiber, and the goal is to achieve 1:1 power and weight ratio. Under the hood, you will have 1,130hp to disposition.

Estimated top speed is 402 km/h (250mph). The car will come in two versions. One road car and one track car.

20. LYKAN HYPERSPORT

The Lykan Hypersport is produced by the lesser known car manufacturer, W Motors. Founded in 2012 by Ralph R Debbas, with the goal of creating the worlds most luxurious car. They did a good job. W motors said at the launch of the car that they would only produce seven copies.

The Lykan Hypersport comes with a twin-turbocharged flat-six engine generating 750 horsepower. The top speed is according to W Motors 395 km/h (245 mph) and will do 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 2,8 seconds.

The Lykan Hyporsport is not only built for people who like to drive incredibly fast. This car is made for people who love shiny things. The head lights are covered in white gold and encrusted diamonds. Depending on your color choice you can add matching rubies throughout the car.

Pro tip: Remeber to ask your wife before choosing your rubies so don’t get the color combos wrong.

Price: The price is $3 400 000, and you get a Cyrus Klepcy watch valued at $200 000 that comes with the car.

21. PAGANI HUAYRA BC

Pagani is not known for making economically reasonable cars. Rather the opposite and the Huayra BC is no exception. Compared to it predecessor, the Huayara BC comes with the same 750-hp twin-turbo Mercedes-AMG 6.0-liter V-12 engine. The difference is that the BC is lighter and comes with a mighty rear spoiler that creates incredible 1 100 pounds of downforce when driving in 250 km/h (155 mph.)

Removing weight have been a priority for Pagani. The gearbox and differential are 40% lighter than on the Huayara. The suspension is made of aeronautic aluminum which removes another 20% weight. The total weight of the car is 2685 kg – (5919 lb).

22. The most expensive car – MERCEDES-BENZ MAYBACH EXELERO

This is the most expensive car in the world. There is only made one copy of it. The car was tailor-made for the tire producer Fulda. They needed a fast car to test new tires. The Exelero is based on the Maybach 57 but got a more powerful motor to make it fast enough. It comes with a twin-turbo V12 engine with 700hp and has a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
